Terms of Service

1. What KeyRank is

These Terms of Service govern your use of KeyRank (key-rank.com), operated by SP Serhii Hromov (Sole Proprietor). KeyRank is a keyword rank tracking tool that checks Google search positions for keywords you add.

2. Your account

You need an account to use KeyRank. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person — don't create multiple accounts to bypass limits.

3. What you can do

• Create projects and add keywords within the free tier limits (currently 2 projects with 50 keywords per project)
• View your keyword ranking data in the dashboard
• Use the service for personal or commercial SEO purposes

4. What you cannot do

• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access KeyRank (use the interface as intended)
• Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the service
• Resell access to KeyRank or the data it provides
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

5. The service — no guarantees

KeyRank is provided "as is" and "as available." I make no promises that:

• The service will be available at all times or at any specific time
• The ranking data will be 100% accurate
• The service will continue to exist — it may be shut down at any time, with or without notice
• Your data will be preserved indefinitely

I will do my best to keep the service running and to notify users of major changes, but I am under no obligation to do so.

6. Free tier and limits

KeyRank is currently free. Limits, features, and availability may change at any time. I may introduce paid plans in the future. If that happens, your existing free access may be modified or limited.

7. Payments and Refunds

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider, Paddle. You can cancel your subscription at any time — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days. No questions asked. Contact hello@key-rank.com or request a refund directly through the Paddle customer portal.

8. Your data

You own the keyword lists and project names you create. I do not claim ownership of your data. However, I may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

If the service is shut down, I will make reasonable efforts to give users time to note down their data, but I cannot guarantee this.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any damages arising from your use of KeyRank, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of business, inaccurate ranking data, or service downtime.

This is a free tool built by one person. Please set your expectations accordingly.

10. Termination

I can suspend or delete your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You can delete your account at any time through the settings page.

11. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms at any time. Continued use of KeyRank after changes means you accept the new terms. I will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
